Su Small Home Services began in 2005, offering support services to the clients of Mike Small Construction, specializing in residential renovation in the Coachella Valley for more than 33 years.
Demand grew for someone to oversee properties where clients had made a major financial contribution towards upgrading. Su Small Home Services was developed primarily for taking care of homes for residents in the summer months. What started out as an additional service to Mike Small Construction has turned into a full-service residential property management firm.
Su Small Home Services offers a wide variety of services to include all facets of maintenance, staging, decorating, cleaning, and custom concierge services. We also offer a wide variety of vacation rentals in the Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert Area.
We pride ourselves in living locally for 30+ years and knowing the surrounding area and all it has to offer both the resident and the visitor to our beautiful Coachella Valley.
